Do you enjoy facilitating the learning of small groups?

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to lead an innovative group who are getting ready to learn, working alongside an experienced and enthusiastic colleague. We are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner who can take responsibility for the educational, social and behavioural progress of all children within the group. Experience of working with children with challenging behaviours and complex needs is essential.

The role involves teaching 8-10 children across 5 mornings, with dedicated PPA time every week to ensure independence, self-esteem, resilience and behavioural/academic progress are developed amongst the group.

We are looking for an inspirational person with a desire to ensure that all children have the right to be the best they can be, whatever their need.
